Employment Verification

Requests for written verification of employment must be emailed to the Auditor-Controller’s office at auditorpayrolldivision@maderacounty.com. The request must be accompanied by the employee’s written authorization to release information.

For verbal verifications, please contact the Human Resources office at (559) 675-7705, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Human Resources is only able to confirm if the information you have is correct or incorrect.
